Interline Eligibility by Cruise Line
This section is for Airline and Military Personnel only and will require a valid ID to Book
 |
- International Air Transport Association (IATA)
- Airline Pilot's Association (ALPA)
- Cruise Line employees
- Amadeus
- Galileo
- Sabre
- Worldspan
|
|
Retired employees of existing airlines may book ONE cabin. The retired employee must be traveling in this cabin
|
| |
| Eligible immediate family members may only book ONE cabin if the employee is NOT traveling |
| |
|
| Carnival Cruise Line Interline Eligibility |
| Full time employees of: |
- Passenger Airlines
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
- Amtrak
- National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA)
- Military (Active & Retired)
|
|
The employee is permitted to book TWO (2) cabins as long as the second cabin is occupied by a member of his/her immediate family. A third cabin may be book under the friends & family program for a slightly higher rate.
|
| Immediate family members of active employees are defined as: |
- Spouse
- Parents (not In Laws)
- Dependant Children 21 years of age or younger

- A maximum of 3 additonal cabins can be booked as long as qualified person occupies a birth in each cabin. Qualified persons include: spouse, children (dependent or adult), parent, parent-in-law.

| Celebrity Cruise Line Interline Eligibility |
- Active Airline or Courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, Airborne) employees who are IATA/ARC appointed are eligible.
- Employee's parents and parents-in-law qualify on their own.
- Retired employees of currently operating airlines qualify on their own.

- Retired Airline Employees and Retired Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Retired Airline Employees of Defunct Airlines.
- Parents of Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Parent's In-laws of Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Eligibility is limited to one cabin per interline ID. Cunard does NOT allow for the splitting of cabins (one for the employee and one for the spouse). If both the employee and spouse are traveling they must share the same cabin.

- Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Present-Active Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Spouse or friends traveling in the same cabin as Present-Active Airline employee.
- Spouse of Present-Active Airline Employee when traveling independently of Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Dependent children traveling and sharing a cabin with Present-Active Airline Employee.

- Guests sharing accomodations with an eligible person also qualify. There is no limit to the number of cabins that can be used, but logically, the maximum possible would be four (employee, spouse, mother, father) for an active airline employee or a maximum of one for a retired airline employee.
- Dependent children of an eligible person that require an additional cabin are covered as long as they are traveling with the eligible person.

- Active employees (including employees of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association and the National Pilots Association), spouses, and parents (but not children) of Current (not defunct) IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, commuter, or cargo airlines are eligible.
- Retirees of such airlines also qualify on their own (but not their spouses, parents, or children).

- Retired employees of currently operating airlines qualify on their own.

- A photocopy of the airline employee's valid airline badge must accompany the Interline Rate Request Form.

- Parents may travel independently from the employee and receive the interline discount
- Non airline companion may share with any eligible participant of the program and receive the interline discount
- You MAY NOT split eligible interliners to obtain additional cabins
- Proof of eligibility will be required at the time of final payment
|

 |
- Friends are eligible when sharing a cabin with an eligible interline person
- Employee need not travel with an eligible family member
- Upon sending final payment, please forward a copy of the employee's airline identification card or other proof of eligibility

 |
- The following immediate family members of the active airline employee are eligible for the interline rate, but must be traveling with the airline employee:
- Parents of the active airline employee
- Dependant children of the active airline employee

- Parents of the above, including In-Laws
- Retired employees of the above
- One eligible interline adult must occupy each cabin booked
|

|
|
 |
- Retirees of such airlines also qualify on their own (but not their spouses, parents, or children).
- Guests sharing accomodations with an eligible person also qualify.
- Maximum of one cabin per airline employee/retiree per sailing.

Interline Eligibility
- Employees of IATA/ARC appointed airlines
- Spouse of Interline employee
- Retired employees of airlines currently in operation
- Parents/In-laws of Interline employee (able to travel without employee)
- Military and retired Military with Military ID (immediate family only)
- Retired employees of defunct airlines with access to current ID
- GDS Employees (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan etc)
